Your Conversation
When you send a message, the website shares that message, a limited selection of recent conversation messages and relevant approved source excerpts with Contentstack AI through Agent OS to generate a reply. Do not include confidential or sensitive information. The website does not send chat text to Google Analytics. Contentstack and Agent OS execution logs may retain messages; the local Forget Conversation control does not delete those provider logs. Provider log retention and international processing arrangements are still being verified for this beta.
Optional Memory on This Browser
Remember This Conversation on This Device is off by default and is independent of analytics. If you enable it, this browser’s local storage holds up to 30 recent messages and their source links for seven days from your choice. It is not an account, does not sync between devices, and may be readable by others using the same browser profile. Expired records are removed when the site next accesses them; closing the browser does not make local storage erase itself. Forget Conversation removes the saved record and turns remembering off. Clear Conversation clears the transcript. Your browser settings can also erase site data. Only messages included in a new request are sent back for a reply.
Optional Analytics
Google Analytics loads only after Accept Analytics. Reject Analytics keeps it unloaded. Analytics Settings lets you change that choice. We record page paths and approved outbound actions, excluding chat text and URL query strings. Your choice is kept in local storage for up to 180 days, after which we ask again. With consent, Google may set _ga and _ga_* cookies; this site configures a 90-day cookie lifetime and disables advertising personalisation and Google Signals. Withdrawing consent stops analytics and removes the matching cookies this site can access. It does not erase information already received by Google.
Hosting, Security and External Services
Contentstack Launch hosts the site; requests include network information such as your IP address. The chat endpoint uses temporary in-memory request counters to limit abuse. Hosting and service providers may keep operational logs. GitHub stores the application code and Cloudflare provides the domain’s DNS. External links open the destination’s own site and privacy terms. The podcast console uses links rather than an embedded Spotify player. The background YouTube player is currently disabled; if enabled later, it connects to YouTube only after Load Music Player is selected.
Restricted Editor Access
Authorised CMS editors use an essential, signed preview cookie named azbro.preview.v1 for up to one hour. It enables restricted draft preview, is HttpOnly and Secure on HTTPS, and is not required to browse the public site. Draft preview does not load Google Analytics.
Your Choices and Questions
You can decline optional features, withdraw analytics consent, forget saved chat, or contact Az about access, deletion or another privacy concern. Browser deletion affects this browser’s stored copy, not third-party records. Depending on the circumstances, data protection rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
